When service bulletins are issued for a customer's specific part, we will notify our customers and with their consent, we will apply service bulletins with the latest techniques and the highest precision available anywhere. At Chromalloy Nevada and Chromalloy Los Angeles we get it right the first time, every time.

To monitor, control and improve our critical processes we regularly implement Statistical Process Control (SPC). SPC information provides Chromalloy and our customers with a highly efficient repair process and reduced turn around times.

Chromalloy Nevada and Chromalloy Los Angeles supply a particular HPT Vane A4 target to customers through our in house EMU kit building service. Vanes are assembled onto a module support ring and inspected for vane to vane mateface gaps, platform to platform alignment, mismatch and final class. The vane sets are clearly marked and an assembly diagram is provided with every kit.

Proper oxidation resistance coatings are crucial in the prevention of hot gas corrosion and oxidation of the vanes. Chromalloy Nevada and Chromalloy Los Angeles offer our customers all the standard coatings plus our proprietary TBC and ceramic coatings.
